As everyone who has sworn the double-secret Desert Anarchy oath knows, the desert email list sits quietly for most of the year.  Starting in October, activity begins picking up, until mid-November when your email inbox starts filling up like the popcorn machine at the movie theatre.  As Bob would point out, Desert Anarchy email is mostly drivel, but once in a while there is something worth keeping for posterity.
